The purpose of Adapt is to save you time and make the work day easier. Thats why Adapt is fully integrated with Microsoft Outlook, with no additional software required. The Outlook integration comes standard with the purchase of Adapt and we load the integration for you as a service upon login. This means any tasks or calendar items set in Adapt are will automatically sync with Outlook and emails generated in Adapt are sent through Outlook.
The email synchronization tool also allows you to tag incoming emails back to Adapt from anyone you select. The tagged emails will automatically save in the senders Adapt record, keeping a trail of all electronic communication.
